Regenerative catalytic oxidation system (RCO)

          The organic gas enters the oxidation furnace through the blower and is heated by fuel oxidation to about 250~300oC.At this temperature, the organic components in the waste gas are oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water under the action of the catalyst, and the high-temperature flue gas after the reaction enters the ceramic heat storage body with special structure, and most of the heat is absorbed by the heat storage body (above 95%), and the temperature is reduced to the temperature close to the inlet, and then discharged through the chimney.Normally, regenerative combustion oxidation system consists of three regenerator, exhaust gas under the control of PLC program, circulation perform the following operation: enter the heat regenerator, make preheating of the degree of gas, and then into the thermal oxidation chamber, treatment of waste gas after not heat storage regenerator heat emissions, - part of the process gas is led back to the third chamber, purging the remaining untreated waste gas.In the case of low pollutant removal efficiency requirements, two-room structure can also be designed to save money.

Incinerator Features

      3. RCO has the advantage of low operating cost, and its heat recovery efficiency is generally more than 95%;

      4. No waste water is generated in the whole process, and no secondary pollution such as NOX is generated in the purification process;

      5. RCO purification equipment can be used with the oven, and the purified gas can be directly recycled into the oven heating equipment, achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction

Applicable scope
