The company mainly produces plexiglass, and the main parameters of its exhaust gas are as follows:

RTO combustion principle

      The low temperature organic waste gas to be treated enters the ceramic layer of heat storage chamber 1 under the action of the inlet fan (the ceramic medium has "stored" the heat of the previous cycle), the heat release temperature of the ceramic decreases, and the organic waste gas rises to a higher temperature and enters the combustion chamber.In the combustion chamber, the burner burns the fuel to release heat, causing the exhaust gas to rise to the set oxidation temperature of 760℃, and the organic matter in the exhaust gas is decomposed into CO2 and H2O.Because the waste gas is preheated by the regenerator, the oxidation of the waste gas also releases a certain amount of heat, so the fuel consumption of the burner is small.The oxidation chamber has two functions: one is to ensure that the exhaust gas can reach the set oxidation temperature, and the other is to ensure that there is enough residence time to fully oxidize the exhaust gas.           
      The waste gas becomes the purified high temperature gas and then leaves the combustion chamber and enters the regenerative chamber 2 (the previous two circulating ceramic media have been cooled and purged), releasing heat and discharging after the temperature is lowered, while the ceramic in the regenerative chamber 2 absorbs heat and "stores" a large amount of heat (for use in the next cycle heating).Regenerator 3 performs a purge function in this cycle.After completion, the inlet and outlet valves of the regenerator are switched once. The regenerator is 2 inlet, the regenerator is 3 outlet, and the regenerator is 1 purge.The next cycle consists of regenerator 3 inlet, regenerator 1 outlet, regenerator 2 purge, and so on.The operation principle of the five-chamber RTO is similar to that of the three-chamber RTO. The five regenerative Chambers are two in, two out and one clean.For the design of RTO system, the optimization design goal is to improve VOC removal rate and heat utilization efficiency.The main factors affecting VOC removal rate are "three T", namely oxidation Temperature, residence Time and mixing degree.
      The factors that affect thermal efficiency are flow velocity, heat storage medium, volume and geometric structure of heat storage medium, etc.When the RTO equipment has not reached the treatment state or is out of service, the exhaust gas can be temporarily discharged into the chimney by bypass.In order to protect the environment and save energy, a heat exchanger can be installed at the end of the RTO to make use of waste heat.
