       Principle of rotary kiln incinerator

Combustion products are mainly ash and gas.The ash residue of some hazardous wastes is rich in heavy metal elements.The secondary combustion chamber is equipped with one to several burners, where the gas products are mixed with excess air in the secondary combustion chamber and burned at high temperatures to remove toxic organic compounds from the gas products.Gas-liquid form hazardous waste with high calorific value can be mixed with solid hazardous waste and put into the first combustion chamber or directly sprayed into the second combustion chamber for incineration by means of air or steam atomization.The final exhaust gas is discharged from the secondary combustion chamber into the waste heat boiler and flue gas purification device.
