焚烧炉的锅炉冲管的目的

       The purpose of flushing pipe of incinerator boiler is to use the self-generated steam of the boiler to flush away the rust, welding slag, iron scrap, ash, grease and other sundries in the superheater and steam pipe. Otherwise, the following hazards will be generated when providing steam to the steam turbine:
(1) a large number of pitting spots are formed when high-speed steam flow impinges on turbine blades with debris, leading to blade fracture and serious accidents.
(2) if debris remains in the superheater tube, it will reduce or even block the flow area of the superheater snake-like tube, resulting in the overheating of the superheater tube.
(3) the residues of silicate impurities in the tube, will seriously affect the quality of steam.
Boiler punching tube method and meet the requirements
(1) main steam system flushing process: boiler drum → low temperature superheater → high temperature superheater → main steam valve → steam pipe → auto main steam connect temporary pipe to discharge.
(2) the steam parameters of flushing pipe are generally as follows: the main steam temperature is 30℃~50℃ lower than the rated temperature, the main steam pressure is 30%-60% of the rated pressure, and the steam flow is one third of the rated flow.
(3) each flushing time lasts about 15 minutes. The interval time between the two flushing should be determined according to the time required for the wall temperature energy to drop to 100℃. The purpose is to shed the sundries stuck in the inner wall of the pipe through thermal expansion and cold contraction of the pipe.
(4) in order to determine the impact of punching pipe, target level is installed at the outlet of the adjacent punching gate. Mark pressure of 1-3mm on each square centimeter area of target plate is below 0.7, and mark pressure of no more than 3mm is considered qualified.
