       From the perspective of investment and operation economy of incinerator, the minimum incineration quantity should be 3 t/h to 20 ~ 25t/h.Therefore, modern garbage layer combustion system should meet the following requirements:
       (1) the stir fire effect is strong, to ensure that the entire grate surface garbage uniform, full combustion and prevent slagging.The main factors affecting the stoking effect are: (1) the type of grate;

       (2) grate movement mode and intensity;(3) grate Angle and garbage on the grate surface moving direction;In order to ensure the timely ignition, full combustion and burning of garbage, the grate should be divided into three areas: dry and ignition area, main incineration area and cinder burning area.
       (3) the combustion equipment should have the ability to adapt to the frequent fluctuations of waste composition (moisture or calorific value).When the composition of waste fluctuates, the quantity of waste feed, the quantity of primary air and its distribution and temperature should be adjusted timely and accurately.
       (4) preheat combustion air (primary and secondary air);
       (5) the possibility of adding certain additives to reduce the emissions of certain harmful substances such as dioxins, NOx and SOx;
       (6) the whole combustion process is divided into the garbage incineration stage and the combustion stage of combustible and harmful substances in the flue gas. The latter stage requires enough air to burn the flue gas.It is necessary to limit the amount of combustion air during the incineration stage to avoid strong fluctuation of furnace temperature and excessive fly ash.
       (7) ensure low carbon content of ash residue and fly ash (1 ~ 3%) and good combustion.
