Some areas still have problems with the "12369" hotline, the official said.First, some regions have not opened the "12369" environmental protection reporting hotline, among which the provincial environmental protection departments in 17 provinces (autonomous regions), including hebei, shanxi, liaoning, heilongjiang, jiangsu, anhui, fujian, jiangxi, shandong, hunan, guangdong, guangxi, hainan, Tibet, shaanxi, gansu and ningxia have not opened the "12369" environmental protection reporting hotline.Less than 50 percent of the "12369" hotline has been opened in six provinces (autonomous regions) : qinghai, guizhou, guangxi, guangdong, jiangxi and Tibet.Second, the "12369" environmental reporting hotline system at the provincial, municipal and county levels has not been connected to the Internet.Third, the personnel quality is uneven, can not adapt to the current work needs.According to statistics, about 12 percent of the more than 6,000 people working on environmental protection reporting hotlines are part-time or rotating employees, and 21 percent are temporary employees.
